Services

Grow Early Learning provides high-quality early childhood education designed to prepare children for school success. Through nurturing teacher-child relationships, individualized learning, and a strong sense of classroom community, the program supports each child’s unique development. Family partnerships, ongoing assessments across key school readiness domains, and a comprehensive, culturally responsive curriculum—including support for dual language learners—ensure children are equipped to thrive academically. Committed to continuous improvement, Grow Early Learning empowers migrant and seasonal farmworker families with enriching early education services that build a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

Our highly professional educational staff focuses on establishing nurturing, warm, and positive relationships with each child. We recognize the importance of a supportive and caring environment in which children can thrive.
We observe each child closely to understand their unique learning style and pace. This individualized approach allows us to tailor our educational strategies to meet the specific needs of each child.
In our classrooms, we foster a sense of community among the children. Creating a supportive and collaborative learning environment helps children feel secure and engaged in their educational journey.
We value the input and involvement of families in their children’s education. We work in respectful partnerships with families to identify educational goals, provide support, and share valuable resources.

Regular assessments of children’s skills are conducted, focusing on five school readiness domains. These assessments help us track progress and make informed decisions to ensure children are prepared for success in school.
Our comprehensive curriculum is enhanced by parent input and culturally and linguistically supplemental resources. We strive to provide developmentally appropriate strategies for supporting dual language learners.
We are committed to continuous improvement. Our educational staff refines our curriculum and dual language learning practices to ensure that every child enters school ready to excel.
