RFP Posted Monday, May 11, 2026

This RFP (No. 050126) from Grow Early Learning seeks a qualified vendor to provide a turnkey security solution across its multi-state service area (pp. 1, 3). The project focuses on the installation, configuration, and optional managed services of Avigilon Alta video surveillance, access control, and intercom systems (pp. 3-4).

Our goal is to standardize physical security technologies across administrative and educational facilities in states including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Virginia (pp. 3, 6).

Proposals must demonstrate expertise in the Avigilon Alta platform, a scalable support model for geographically distributed sites, and cost-effectiveness (pp. 4, 7). Electronic submissions are due by May 29, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST (pp. 1, 4).

Required Proposal Format

To be considered, your proposal must be organized into the following sections:

  • Executive Summary: A cover letter summarizing your offer.
  • Company Profile: Legal structure and background.
  • Partner Status: Evidence of Avigilon Alta certifications.
  • Technical Approach: Your deployment and installation methodology.
  • Staffing Plan: Project organization and key personnel.
  • Managed Services: Your support model and service levels.
  • Schedule: A detailed implementation and rollout plan.
  • Pricing: Itemized one-time and recurring costs (using the provided Pricing Schedule).
  • References: Minimum of three.
  • Required Forms: Completed Execution of Offer and Respondent Questionnaire.
